CAYENNE – medium hot cayenne chilli sauce
Cayenne chilli sauce is based on Cayenne chillies, the ones you know as cayenne pepper. Instead of a dry powder you get it here in a handy liquid form – together with peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic.
The heat of 20,000 – 30,000 SHU sits in the medium range: the sauce warms noticeably but does not cover the taste of your food. It is a versatile medium hot chilli sauce for meat, soups and everyday cooking.

Taste
Cayenne has a clear, direct heat with a slightly smoky pepper note. Peppers and tomatoes round it off. The sauce is balanced and easy to combine.
What is it good with?
- in soups and goulash
- with pan-fried and grilled meat
- on pizza and with burgers
- with cheese and fish
- in salads and dressings
- anywhere you would use cayenne pepper
Tip: instead of dried cayenne pepper, add a few drops of Cayenne sauce to goulash or bean soup – it spreads evenly and brings the flavour of peppers along as well.
Who is it for?
Who is Cayenne chilli sauce for? Everyone who likes to reach for cayenne pepper when cooking and wants it in a handy, easy-to-dose form. The liquid spreads evenly through your food, and it adds the taste of peppers too. It fits classic home cooking – goulash, stews or bean soup – just as well as Mexican and Asian dishes.
