Trinidad Scorpion Chilli Drops are a liquid extract made from fresh Trinidad Scorpion chilli peppers. We produce them by cold pressing, they are 100 % RAW and contain only chilli peppers and table salt. At 1,800,000 SHU they belong to the Ultra category (ultra hot).

Chilli drops are the easiest way to season your food exactly the way you like it: a single drop makes your dish spicy, with the typical flavour of chilli peppers. Unlike dried chilli or chilli powder, liquid chilli drops spread evenly through the food and never scorch, and you can control the heat drop by drop.

Safety and storage
