Peters Pepper Orange Chilli Drops are a liquid extract made from fresh Peters Pepper Orange chilli peppers. We produce them by cold pressing, they are 100 % RAW and contain only chilli peppers and table salt. At 20,000 SHU they belong to the Mild category (mild).
