SALSA – medium hot salsa chilli sauce with tomatoes
Salsa chilli sauce SALSA is our all-round hot sauce for every day. Ripe tomatoes, sweet peppers and a blend of three chillies – Cayenne, Jalapeno and Habanero – come together in a sauce with a classic pepper-and-tomato flavour and a medium heat of 30,000 – 40,000 SHU.
A proper chilli sauce with tomatoes: full-bodied and juicy, with a tingling finish that lifts your food without drowning it out.

Taste
The flavour is rich in pepper and tomato, with a slightly sweet note from the peppers. Cayenne brings warmth, Jalapeno adds freshness and Habanero gives a fruity tone and a decent kick at the end. Beginners and experienced chilli fans both enjoy it.
What is it good with?
- on pizza and pasta instead of plain ketchup
- with burgers, hot dogs and fries
- in stews, bean soup and chilli con carne
- with pan-fried and grilled meat, fish and cheese
- in salads and vegetable dishes
- as a dip for nachos and tortilla chips
Tip: stir a teaspoon of SALSA into the minced meat for chilli con carne or bolognese – you get full flavour and a pleasant warmth.
Who is it for?
Who is SALSA for? Anyone who wants an all-round hot sauce in the fridge for every day. The medium heat goes down well with family and friends, and the strong tomato flavour suits Italian, Mexican and many other cuisines. If you want something truly mild, reach for our Jalapeno – SALSA is one step hotter, but most people get along with it very well.
