Jolokia Red Chilli Drops are a liquid extract made from fresh Jolokia Red chilli peppers. We produce them by cold pressing, they are 100 % RAW and contain only chilli peppers and table salt. At 1,000,000 SHU they belong to the Extra category (extra hot).

Chilli drops are the easiest way to season your food exactly the way you like it: a single drop makes your dish spicy, with the typical flavour of chilli peppers. Unlike dried chilli or chilli powder, liquid chilli drops spread evenly through the food and never scorch, and you can control the heat drop by drop.

The Bhut Jolokia, also known as Ghost Pepper, is one of the hottest chillies in the world. The heat builds up gradually and lingers for a long time.

Safety and storage

WARNING – very strong concentrate, keep away from children. Store in a cool, dark place. Add the drops one at a time, ideally into the food while cooking, and taste only after stirring. Wash your hands after handling and do not touch your eyes.
