Chilli Manufaktura is a family farm with cultivation of chili peppers and the traditional processing of vegetables and fruits. It is a model of honest food production inspired by traditionally processed natural raw materials of our region.

CHILI PEPPERS HAVE A POSSITIVE EFFECT ON THE HUMAN BODY

The beneficial effects of chili peppers on the human body have been known for thousands of years, do you know what they can do? The most important substance in chili peppers is called capsaicin, which makes chilies hot. This substance brings many healthy benefits, but not everyone likes its pungency and burning effects. Read on for some reasons to eat chili in moderation every day:

Immune system support
There is a lot of Vitamin C in chili peppers, just 1-2 medium-sized peppers are enough for your daily recommended doses. Vitamin C is definitely excellent for strengthening the immune system and protects us from colds.
Acceleration of metabolism
Chili peppers are very often included in the diet of people trying to lose weight. Regular consumption of chili can speed up the metabolism by up to 20%, so if you are trying to lose weight - definitely include chili in your favorite recipes and eating habits.
Cancer prevention
Capsaicin protects the body from cancer. Capsaicin molecules bind to cancer cells and this causes the self-destructive process of these cells. Studies have shown the effectiveness of capsaicin against prostate, lung, pancreatic and stomach cancer.
Chili reduces the diabetes
Peppers to a large extent have a feeling of satiety and support the digestive system. With long-term use, it reduces the desire for sweet foods. They also help diabetics normalize insulin and lower blood sugar. Hot peppers are also a mild natural laxative when consumed in large quantities. The capsaicin contained in chili peppers has an effect on fat burning, spicy foods generally reduce appetite and, by increasing body temperature, forces the body to work, i.e. to burn calories.
Lowers cholesterol
Capsaicin has another excellent ability, it acts to regulate blood cholesterol. It dissolves and thereby helps to excrete cholesterol from the body. Another ability is the effect on the cardiovascular system, thanks to which capsaicin reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
Antioxidant and mood enhancer
Chili peppers are full of antioxidants – Vitamin C and beta-carotene. More importantly, they are very positive for the psyche. The body responds to capsaicin by increasing the production of endorphin and serotonin hormones, which are known as happy hormones, chili peppers can serve as weak antidepressants.

If you're choosing chili for yourself or for another person, it's enough to know roughly how hot they like it:

MILD HOT products are suitable in small, careful doses for beginners.

MEDIUM HOT can be mastered even by some beginners, this category is for common chilli consumer.

EXTRA HOT can be mastered by advanced chili eaters, not everyone can handle this.

ULTRA HOT for chili maniacs, only a chili pro can handle them.
